Eido automatically synchronizes data from your connected Intune tenants so that dashboards, reports, trends, and issue monitoring stay up to date.
Most tenant data is refreshed approximately every hour. This includes device, policy, compliance, managed app, and patch-related data.
Discovered apps are refreshed less frequently and are typically updated approximately every 24 hours.
If you need to refresh tenant data immediately, you can trigger a manual sync from the Intune Tenant Settings page by selecting Sync Now.
When to Use a Manual Sync
A manual sync can be useful when:
you have recently made changes in Intune and want to see them reflected in Eido sooner
you have linked a new tenant and want to confirm data collection has started
you are troubleshooting differences between Intune and Eido data
Viewing Sync Status
You can view the current sync status for each tenant from:
Admin > Intune Tenants
Once a tenant has synchronized successfully, Eido displays its latest sync status on the tenant record.
