Patch Compliance
In the Patch Compliance section, Eido gathers the list of patches installed on each device and compares them with the patches available for that device’s operating system version.
This allows you to quickly identify devices that are missing security or system updates.
Within this view you can:
Sort devices by last patch date to identify outdated systems.
Filter devices missing patches to focus on those that require attention.
Review device details by clicking on any device in the list.
Use filters at the top to narrow results based on operating system, customer, tenant, or status.
This helps administrators quickly detect devices that are not up to date or overdue for patching, improving overall security and compliance across the environment.
OS Compliance
While patch compliance focuses on installed updates, OS Compliance helps identify devices running operating systems that are unsupported or approaching their end of support.
For example, Windows 11 22H2 reaches end of support in October 2025. Devices running this version will need to upgrade to a supported release in order to continue receiving security patches.
The OS Compliance section provides an overview of:
All operating system editions detected across your device estate
Their support status
Their expected end-of-life timeline
The number of devices running each OS version
This makes it easier to plan operating system upgrades and avoid devices falling out of support.
To see the specific devices running a particular OS edition, simply click the corresponding row in the table. This will automatically open a filtered view in the Patch Compliance section, displaying only devices running that OS version.
