Pre-built Reports
The Reports section provides a library of ready-made reports designed to highlight key aspects of your device environment.
Reports are organised into categories and presented as report cards, making it easy to discover and run reports relevant to your environment.
Reports cover areas such as App Deployment, Compliance, Device Health, Security, Patching & OS, Users, and Warranty.
Each report displays the results either as a bar chart, pie chart, or table, making it easy to analyse key metrics across your devices.
The Reports library provides a collection of ready-made reports organised by category.
Running a Report
To run a report:
Navigate to Reports.
Browse or search the report catalogue.
Select a report and click Run.
The report will generate a visualisation or dataset based on the current state of your environment.
Editing Reports
Pre-built reports can also serve as a starting point for deeper analysis.
You can edit an existing report to customise how the data is displayed and analysed.
For example, you can:
Adjust filters to focus on specific devices
Change how the data is grouped
Select a different visualisation type
Add additional available columns to include more device information
When you edit a report, the Query Hub builder opens, allowing you to modify the underlying query.
This allows you to extend built-in reports rather than starting from scratch and create custom reports tailored to your environment.
Existing reports can be edited and customised using the Query Hub builder.
Building Custom Reports with Query Hub
Query Hub provides a flexible query builder that allows you to explore your device data in depth and create reports tailored to your environment.
Using Query Hub, you can define exactly how your report should analyse and present your data.
When building a query, you can:
Select the dataset you want to analyse
Apply filters to refine results
Group data by attributes
Use aggregations to summarise results
Sort and order the output
You can also choose how the results should be displayed, using visualisations such as tables, bar charts, pie charts, or tiles.
