What's happened?
Configuration Policy data in Eido is not currently syncing and may appear out of date.
Cause
Eido pulls Configuration Policy data from Microsoft Intune using a Microsoft Graph API report called DeviceConfigurationPolicyStatusesWithPFV3.
Microsoft Graph returned errors for this report, preventing the data from being collected.
This was a Microsoft-side issue affecting multiple tenants.
Resolution
We have implemented a fix in Eido that uses an alternative Microsoft API to collect Configuration Policy data. This allows data to sync as expected while working around the issue with the original Microsoft Graph report.
Configuration Policy data is now syncing normally.
What you need to do
No action is required. Your tenant is now syncing as expected.
